This is what I got from the FSF:

|As far as we know, the maintainer is incorrect on this point.  "All
|rights reserved" is legally null these days and poses no compatibility
|issues.  Years ago, it was required to trigger the international
|copyright laws, but now that happens by default.

|In our view, the GPL and FreeBSD licenses are and remain compatible.
