I have just fast-forwarded u-boot-arm/{master,next} to u-boot/master,
in order to be able to properly pick the zynq commits in the microblaze
mainline/arm branch.

ARM-based tree custodians please make sure you base your PRs onto this
new u-boot-arm/master.
