[U-Boot] TFTP timeouts, i.mx fec problem?

Most of the boards have this issue ... at least all of those that use 100baseT 
ethernet. Those 10baseT (I have such boards!) don't have this problem I think, 
but that might be because they're usually catching dust ;-D
