install armv7a cross toolchain and setup the environment for cross
compiling, then run

 ./MAKEALL nitrogen6q

There are another targets for nitrogen6 board variants with more
DRAM and/or dual or solo CPU:

nitrogen6q2g, nitrogen6dl, nitrogen6dl2g, nitrogen6s, nitrogen6s1g.

So, use what is suitable for your board variant.
