I'm working on AM57xx based system, which will utilize this.

I wanted to share it early, since it might take some time to make the
"devel" code suitable for ML.

Nonetheless, other TI boards can use those fixes if they use this type
of PMIC (TPS65903x) despite the lack of my board in ML.
