[U-Boot] [PATCH v3 0/6] Extend mv88e61xx driver to support 88E6071

This series adds support for 88E6071 switches in the mv88e61xx
driver.

  - drop DEVADDR_PORT to avoid macros with local variable

  - reword comments in mv88e61xx_priv_reg_offs_pre_init()

  - remove unused PORT_REG_STATUS_SPEED_WIDTH macro

  - describe model numbers in numerical order
