There was some discussion regarding this work with Frieder (CC'ed),
who has prepared similar patch set.

Some portions of this series:
spi: Split CONFIG_DM_SPI* to  CONFIG_{SPL_TPL}DM_SPI*

has been applied.

However, I don't know if Frieder is going (or already has) to prepare
new version of this patch set.
