Current Azure CI failures

Hey all,

Currently Azure jobs are failing due to this bug:
https://github.com/msys2/MSYS2-packages/issues/2021
and while at this time there is a work-around I'm going to wait and see
how the above issue is resolved before updating our CI job, if needed.
If you're planning a PR and the Windows host tool job fails, that's
expected for now.  Everything else should continue to pass.  Thanks!

I just launched an azure CI testing and I did not see the failures.
The github issue remains open though.

Thanks, I'm re-running the failed jobs now and they're working as well.
