[PATCH v1 2/4] IOMUX: Drop indentation level by removing redundant 'else'

Obviously the following has unnecessary indentation level in 'else' branch.

	if (foo) {
		...
		return;
	} else {
		...
	}

Drop indentation level by removing redundant 'else'.
