[PATCH] virtio: fix off by one device id comparison

VIRTIO_ID_MAX_NUM is the largest device ID plus 1. Therefore a device id
cannot be greater or equal to VIRTIO_ID_MAX_NUM. Fix the comparison
accordingly.
