To enable semihosting we also need to enable the following
configs in defconfigs:
CONFIG_SEMIHOSTING
CONFIG_SPL_SEMIHOSTING

CONFIG_SERIAL_PROBE_ALL
CONFIG_SPL_FS_EXT4
CONFIG_SPL_FS_FAT
