I want to load file by serial,but the kermit file transfer protocol is slow.Can I use the zmodem protocol?

You must have misconfigured something, then. Please see the manual
(DULG) for the recommended settings for your ~/.kermrc file.
zmodem is not supported yet, only ymodem - but I doubt that this is
faster then kermit binary protocol.
