Hi,
I plan to load u-boot to a sbc8260 board. There is no
document available for this board. Any one has
information about the pinout of the RJ45 as a serial
port of this board?
Thanks for your help.

No. It's this one:

I have to admit that it was extremely difficult to find this
document. It turned up as position one when I googled for "sbc8260".
I don't dare to mention that searching for "sbc8260" at
http://www.windriver.com/ even turns up more information...
Best regards,

According to the SBC8260 manual, there are two serial ports (JP13 &
JP14), but they are RJ-11 ports, not RJ-45.
The pinouts for both are:
Pin 1 - RXDA
Pin 2 - TXDA
Pin 3 - N/C
Pin 4 - Ground

It is a RJ-11 (telephone style connector in the USofA), not a RJ45
(ethernet). JP13 pin 1 goes to a MAX3223 R1IN, pin 2 to T1OUT, pin 3 is
unused, and pin 4 is ground. JP14 has the same wiring to the MAX2332
R2IN, T2OUT.
