1) Run ethereal and sniff the ethernet, see what the TFTP packets are
being transmitted. Quite likely you will find you don't have a TFTP
server on 10.0.0.155.
2) Run TFTP on a different machine and see if you can get the file.
This will show if the TFTP server is operational.
