This should apply cleanly to the head of the denx.de git repository and 
works in conjunction with Jon Loeliger and others OF improvements.

Note that I've extended the command enable/disable mechanism by simply 
adding a '1' after CONFIG/CFG, creating CONFIG1_COMMANDS and 
CFG1_CMD_OF.  This seemed to be the simplest way of extending the 
command selection.
