Ack.  Tested on an 8349ITX.

Since this change just replaces every instance of CONFIG_MPC8349 with 
CONFIG_MPC834X, and since the only 834x boards in U-Boot at 8349, it's safe. 
Any future 834x board that's not an 8349 may require changes in common files, 
though.
