[U-Boot-Users] BDI config file - MPC8360e issue

I had this same situation on our custom board with an MPC8358E.
It was caused by the Reset Configuration Words not being
loaded. In my case, the RCW's come from the flash, which had
not been programmed yet. You could try un-commenting the
"RCW" line in the BDI config file so that the BDI sets the
reset configuration words.
