The U-Boot that is on the MPC8349ITX BSP supports TSEC2.  The reason is that you need to 
load some proprietary binary firmware in order to the Vitesse 7385 working, and we can't 
distribute that firmware in U-Boot itself.

Have you tried the generic PHY patch?
