I am using Micrel's KS884x Ethernet controller in my board (MPC5200B
processor)

Where can I find suitable driver for Micrel's KS884X Ethernet controller
which is supported by U-Boot 1.2.0

I have one out-of-tree for the KS8841, which I intend to clean up some 
time soon and submit. I'll try to get it done over the next few days.
