hi all,
I'm trying to make sense out of this sentence in the README file:
Please note that the environment is read-only as long as the monitor
has been relocated to RAM and a RAM copy of the environment has been
created;
the phrase "as long as" don't make sense to me in that sentence
I think it should say "until" instead of "as long as"
IOW, it should read:
... is read-only until the monitor has been relocated to RAM ...
does anyone disagree?

My guess is that sentence is intended to convey that changes to a RAM copy
of the environment are not persistent (will not be preserved across resets
/ power cycles).

While your point is also true, I agree with Bruce WRT the line in question.
Best regards,

I wasn't saying it was well-phrased, whatever the meaning. Either way it
could be clarified. On the other hand, the correct clarification depends on
the original intent...

I don't care if anyone disagrees. I agree that it should read "until".

The original intent is the "until" reading. Please subgmit a patch.
