I've tried this on 8323E-MDS and an 8360E-MDS, so maybe it's only a QE thing, 
but the latest U-Boot from denx.de breaks Ethernet.  Anyone else see this?

=> ping $serverip
Using FSL UEC1 device
ping failed; host 192.168.1.1 is not alive
