There's in-tree support for the BCM5461 and BCM5464 in
drivers/net/tsec.c (which is the gianfar driver), and support for the
BMC5481 on the UEC driver (drivers/qe/uec.c). Between the two you
should be able to get this working pretty easily. There's slow ongoing
work on unifying the PHY drivers, but it's not there yet.
