This patch series adds support for the keymile board kmeter1
based on a MPC8360 CPU from freescale.

The patches 1/5 - 3/5 are adding the basic support for this
board. The patches 4/5 and 5/5 do some common cleanups for
the keymile boards.

- Patch 4/5 using board_eth_init () for the Piggy Test
