[U-Boot] Removing suzaku board from U-BOOT

Hi Yasushi,

for me is no problem to port new u-boot to suzaku board but I don't have it.

My idea is to keep just one generic board which will be almost similar as is
ml401 (name microblaze-generic or similar). U-BOOT bsp + config file should
cover all Microblaze boards.
