If CONFIG_SYS_DTT_BOARD_INIT is defined, dtt_init () is
not called in the init_sequence.

This seems the wrong place and the wrong way to acchieve what you
probably are trying to do.

Actually I'm not even sure what you are trying to do, or why.

Please elucidate.
