[U-Boot] [PATCH 24/31] mgcoge, mgsuvd, kmeter1: removed double env params

This patch removes double environment entries
for all keymile boards (mgcoge, mgsuvd, kmeter1)
These double entries (baudrate, bootcmd) otherwise
cause errors.
