[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/7] i386 Modifications (continued)

Hi All,

This patch set continues from the partially applied patch set submitted on
December 07 and applied on January 24th. Alas, I had practically rewritten
the entire series after the comments regarding split patches in the
original submission (Rule #0 of Software Development - you will always
find a better, more logical and more elegant implementation when you
rewrite the functionality you just wrote)

Sorry it has taken so long to get this revised patch set out, but I have
had a lot of other commitments and this is truly a personal endeavor, so
I have to meek out what time I can when I can.

I must send a BIG thank you to Jean-Christophe for pointing me in the
direction of stgit - this has been a most invaluable tool, especially
when it came to merging my 'better' implementation (see Rule #0) with what
had already been applied.

And a BIG thanks as well to Wolfgang for applying what he could, even
though it was a bit of a mess - I think I owe you a full case of beer by
now

As I said, this patch set follows on towards completion of the previous
path set ending at commit a5989c42ae5e295f274a795c426c47819bbdbfda

I still have all these patches sitting in stgit, so any modifications and
resubmission should be much easier now
