try to change CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_BASE and CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN in
the board config file:
#define CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_BASE 0xFFFC0000
#define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN (256 * 1024)
