Hi All,

I am using get_timer() function to find nof system ticks the NAND Read API is using. When I convert these system ticks into second I am not getting the expected value.

I observed that 1 sec = 50781 ticks on OMAP3430SDP.

Is this timer fine tuned for performance.

Could someone suggest me on this.

Thanks,
Krishna.

I can't remember that we have any OMAP3430SDP support in U-Boot
mainline. What U-Boot (patch) do you use?

There was some discussion that there might be an issue with timer:

http://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2009-February/048146.html

Can you check if this is the issue you see?

If yes, a patch for this is would be greatly appreciated!

Best regards

Dirk
