I forgot to mention that you additionally have to define
VIDEO_IO_OFFSET as CONFIG_PCI_IO_PHYS than. So try to use
#define CONFIG_PCI_IO_BUS 0x00000000
#define CONFIG_PCI_IO_PHYS 0x50000000
#define VIDEO_IO_OFFSET CONFIG_PCI_IO_PHYS
