[U-Boot] U-boot hangs in mtest in MPC8280 Board

Hmm... maybe problems with your SDRAMs?
Is this error shown always after 40-60 mins, not sometimes also earlier?
Can you boot a Linux Kernel for example?

I cannot see here in this log, where you typed mtest ...

Maybe a temperature problem?
