I looked in code but couldn;t find a "SLN Technologies" string ...

You just have to add this define in your board config file.
I looked in 1.3.1, so you should add a

#define CFG_ALT_MEMTEST         1

Hmm... nothing spring to my mind, just the "standard" things:

check your
- HRCW
- clocks
- SDRAM
settings
