I am testing this on the toolchain I usually use. 
The Code Sourcery arm-2008q3
http://www.codesourcery.com/sgpp/lite/arm

I see they have a 2009 version.  I will download that and test that as well.

Be aware that MAKEALL arm takes a couple of hours.
