Yes, I know. I managed to change the mxc_spi driver, but I have really
changed a lot of code. I have not only added support for the i.MX51, but
I needed to remove the limitations due to the buffer alignment and the
fact that transfer of more than one word is broken.
I see a recent thread on this issue. I will send soon a patch to the ML,
but as I said I changed a lot of code (I rewrite the transfer functions)
and I assume it takes some time before anything is cleared. So it would
better to add the patch for the mx51evk as it is (I mean, without the
possibility to save the environment) and later add support for it when
SPI is working.
