Look at board/xilinx/ml507 - there is xpamaters.h which should be
replaced by your version.
If you don't flash then look at include/configs/ml507.h and disable
flash. Look at xilinx-ppc.h and others files.
You can look at microblaze-generic.h where you can see which options
are used for system with/without flash.
