From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Heiko Schocher Date: Tue, 30 Mar 2010 19:46:34 +0200 Subject: [U-Boot] [PATCH 2/2 v2] net, kirkwood_egiga: setup the mac address in the device registers Message-ID: <4BB238FA.4010106@denx.de> List-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: u-boot@lists.denx.de always setup mac address register with the contents in ethaddr. This is not in line with u-boot design principle "not to initalize not used devices", and maybe should go away, if there is a solution for passing the mac address to arm linux kernels. Tested on the suen3 board.
