Sorry for the newbie question, but I didn't find the answer in the docs.

Now that the Merge Window is open, do I have to rebase these patches on top
of v2011.03 and resubmit them as "v4"?

FYI, v3 cleanly applies also on top of v2011.03 without any changes and it
works fine, so that would be a trivial rebase.
