[U-Boot] boot-up time optimization. Where to start?

This is wrong. The dcache is enabled on several MX31 boards. On the
mx35pdk, it is not enabled.

Add CONFIG_CMD_CACHE to your configuration file, and you will get the
dcache <on|off> command.
