So you'll set the speed to 33333333 if the actual speed is 66000000?
Even if it's 33000000, why force it to 33333333?
BTW, the PCI spec says things like "33 MHz" and "66 MHz". Is it
compliant to have a bus run at 33333333 Hz (without 66MHz capable cards)
or at 66666666 Hz?
