Xilinx LocalLink Tri-Mode Ether MAC driver can be
used by Xilinx Microblaze or Xilinx ppc405/440 in
SDMA and FIFO mode. DCR or XPS bus can be used.
The driver uses and requires MII and PHYLIB.
