[U-Boot] fdt patches for Tegra

Folks,

Simon and Stephen have been talking offline about Simon's fdt patches, to wit:

U-Boot-v3-1-2-fdt-Add-fdtdec_find_aliases-to-deal-with-alias-nodes.patch
U-Boot-v3-2-2-fdt-Add-tests-for-fdtdec.patch
U-Boot-v4-01-20-fdt-Tidy-up-a-few-fdtdec-problems.patch
U-Boot-v4-02-20-fdt-Add-functions-to-access-phandles-arrays-and-bools.patch

We'd like to add these to the Tegra repo (u-boot-tegra), since it's the forerunner for DT stuff in U-Boot. Stephen has Acked them, but he'd like to see them reviewed by the device tree maintainer.

Jerry - can you take a look and give these an Acked-by if the look good to you? I believe Simon CC'd you on most, if not all of them. Or if there are other opinions on how and where these should go in, please let me know.

Yes, I've seen he's been spamm^W working hard. ;-)  They've been putting 
in lot of effort, but interesting.  I'll review and ack the patchsets.

They look good to me, I acked them.  Inclusion via the Tegra repo sounds
like a good plan to me.
