[U-Boot] [RESEND PATCH v6 0/4] mmc: support sdhci instead of s5p_mmc

This patchset is supported the sdhci controller for Samsung-SoC.
In mmc driver, already implemented the generic sdhci.
There is no reason that didn't use sdhci.c.
So, use the sdhci instead of s5p_mmc.

	- Code clean for #define

	- Fixed wrong condition checking
	- Increased retry time
	- Add the quirk_broken_r1b in s5p_sdhci.c
