[U-Boot] [PATCH] arm: rmobile: kzm9g: Modify sdram area

This patch depends on Nobuhiro Iwamatsu's arm: rmobile: Add supoprt for KMC KZM-A9-GT board

Reserve first 16MB for RT-CPU (as same as kernel config).
Without this patch, kernel can't get ATAGS info from u-boot properly.
