However, GRUB opted to go higher ("or at your option any later version") sometime before the GRUB 2 release. I took the latest version available or the sources at the time of porting. However, there is only one functional source change between the versions, and that is adding ashift support, which was supplied as a patch. That "ZFS" and "license" produces a knee-jerk reaction is a little tedious.
