[U-Boot] Flash not Erased

Hello,

it turns out that setting

#define CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_CFI_WIDTH FLASH_CFI_16BIT

solves my problem because it skips x8 detection.

I took me some time because I have not found it anywhere in the README.
