Micron NOR flash present on T1040RDB and T1042RDB_PI do not support
write & read command running at same time.

CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_USE_BUFFER_WRITE reads NOR flash before performing write.
So, remove CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_USE_BUFFER_WRITE
