[U-Boot] [PATCH] microblaze: Fix printf size_t format related warnings (again...)

The basic idea: Define size_t using the __SIZE_TYPE__ compiler-defined
type.

Applied with the change that instead of patchwork link
is sha1 to the nios2 commit.
