Hi,

I now tried to get the latest version from 
git://git.denx.de/u-boot-sunxi.git and then replaced the dram.c/h files 
with the ones from https://github.com/linux-sunxi/u-boot-sunxi.

That seems to work. The LCD screen no longer flickers!
