Should I be moving back NAND to "CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS"?

Since CONFIG_CMD_NAND is used to enable NAND subsystem, so move
CONFIG_CMD_NAND to drivers/mtd/nand/Kconfig?

or am I missing something?
