The Kconfig conversion is not complete. See the tplink_wdr4300_defconfig
for the necessary options, it should be at least these:

CONFIG_CMD_NET=y
CONFIG_CMD_NFS=y
CONFIG_CMD_DHCP=y
CONFIG_CMD_PING=y
CONFIG_NET_RANDOM_ETHADDR=y
CONFIG_DM_ETH=y
CONFIG_AG7XXX=y

OK, tweak that one to "qca,ag933x-mac" in the DTS.
